As the Center Manager of the Pittsburgh center I find myself in a dual role. Along with managing the center I am also the sales consultant and client relations manager. I am involved with every client from the very beginning of their journey with Hair Club and strive to give the 430+ clients the ultimate client experience when they visit the center. On a daily basis I am involved with guiding the center to hit certain KPIs month to month through sales and managing reoccurring business. Being the sales consultant I engage the leads to assess what solution is the best for them. With having several different solutions/ products every perspective client is unique. As the client relations manager I also oversee all client contract/membership inquiries. Along with responding to customer concerns and or complaints. Being able to help individuals and see their transformations is very rewarding.
