The Business Specialist is responsible for deepening the relationships of new and existing Business Services members as well as the acquisition of quality new Business Services relationships. The Business Services Specialist serves as the primary point of contact for all business products, services, partnerships and strategies. The Business Services Specialist facilitates the loan application process, uncovering member needs and assisting in the application process for line of credit financing, term loans, commercial real estate and SBA loans. This role supports its assigned territory success by enhancing Business Services member access to referral partners including third parties, Business Lending, Deposit Products and Investment Services. The Business Services Specialist serves as a mentor and coach to the assigned territory staff, developing Business Services expertise and product knowledge.
