Day to day duties are to manage the operation technicians teams, ensuring adherence to HR policies for holiday, sickness and set goals/tasks for completion of job appraisals throughout the year. To ensure timely reviews and approval of all scheduling requests using Control-M as the scheduling tool, ensuring impact analysis undertaken. To analyse batch schedules to provide potential processing throughput improvements. Ensure the team maintain all processes in support of access control, ensure monthly reports are produced and key performance indicators are provided to management, manage batch processing for the prime platform environment. Ensuring that issues with failed processes are resolved locally or within the support team's. Manage the team budget and collect stats for the month.Attend the change advisory board meetings for the daily deployments and weekly operation activities,to review and challenge if these changes are appropriate. Assign and delegate numerous tasks throughout the team. Undertake reconciliation checks for Visa and MasterCard for prime processing. Monitoring the live system using tool's such as CA Spectrum for networks,HP Sitescope for capturing services and infrastructure alerts, HPOM like sitescope for capturing critical alerts and managing these out to the support team's if no first line fix available,Cosmo for capturing potential missed SLAs and prognosis for real time authorisation view.

Day to day duties of this role are as follows,Administration support for the speedscan applications such as new user setup for accessing web servers ,indexing reports,ensuring reports and statements are processed correctly and into the correct clients database,resolving issues and rolling out databases for the new month.Also working on the Prime application Prime 2, Prime 3 and TS Prime, mostly working on resolving issue's with TSYS Card Tech support teams in Nicosia,also making sure that operations are following documentation and loading files and running batch end of day's in the correct manner,documentation is a key factor to making sure that this is always updated with new information that clients request,ensuring that the prime SLA tracker on a daily basis has met all the required SLAs and add new clients to the tracker as requested. Also communicating information to the client and the client rep by email or telephone conversation regarding prime issues. Also we get request to regenerate files on a adhoc basis. Setup of supporting application for processing prime,including Visa edit package and MasterCard pre edit packages, creating also the automation schedules using Control M. Out of hours support for prime processing. Engagement with service management for post incident reviews, change advisory board,problem review board.

The duties for this role were to be responsible for all media requirements for TSYS International. This included the daily tape rotation of the disaster recovery tapes,logging all third party and client média and ensuring daily and monthly mail out tapes were sent to the clients. Any returned tapes would have to be degaussed and 're-initialized . I also had to provide written documentation to support each aspect of my role.

Delivering post and parcels to all customers in the Bradford north area, also acting supervisor when required,covering delivers, overtime budgets,staff Rota, dealing with customer complaints.

Learnt all aspects of the postal services within operations.Letters,parcels,franking,collection,delivery,registered items,postcode stamping, sorting and driving.
