I am a Chartered Physiotherapist with over 10 years of Physiotherapy experience following my undergraduate degree in Sports Rehabilitation and post graduate studies in Physiotherapy. I have worked extensively in professional football both in England and the Scottish Premiership. I have also worked in academy age grade Rugby with the Scottish Rugby Union and currently lead the u18s national age grade programme alongside my work with the Edinburgh Regional Academy.I am a published researcher and was a contributing author to a recently published case study ‘AnteriorCruciate Ligament Reconstruction And Accelerated Rehabilitation with InternalBrace Augmentation in aProfessional Footballer, Surg Technol Int, 2023’. I have also authored a chapter “Physiology of Sporting and Athletic Recovery” in a recently published Sports Medicine book “A comprehensive guide to Sports Physiology and Injury Management - An interdisciplinary approach” Elsevier, 2021.Outside of work, I am a husband and a father. I enjoy keeping fit by running and visiting the gym.
