Maintain full occupancy rate in all rental dwellings which include the planning and implementation of marketing strategies to attract new tenants.Ensure all insurance documentation, tenancy deposit protection, welcome information packs (EPC's) are up to date and all properties meet current and relevant legislation.Monitor rental payments and chasing rent arrears. Drafting AST tenancy agreements, arranging and negotiating new rentals. Arrange for Gas Safety inspections.Administer site inspections regularly to ensure that compliance to established policies, Health & Safety measures and quality standards are adhered to and maintained by tenants.Managing day to day tenancy enquiries and disputes, including preparation and trail of section 21 possessions claims.
