I’m an ex-finance guy who seized an opportunity with “an engineering company that just happened tomake taps”.Now,  25 years later, I know the bathroom industry from every angle: design, manufacturing, distribution,construction.This gives me a uniquely valuable perspective on large-scale, multi-supply chain projects, currently withinMMC / modular construction.Starting my career at Perrin & Rowe, a boutique brassware manufacturer, I developed a love for thecraftsmanship of beautiful bathroom elements. Believe me when I say that, for me, turning on a well-designed tap is like changing gear in a Ferrari.Over the years I’ve built a network of contacts and worked with amazing teams, from architects and designers to manufacturers, Tier 1 contractors and clients.I don’t know everything — but I've been in the industry long enough that I’ll know someone who shouldknow. And if they don’t know, they’ll know someone who does. I thrive on bringing together teams of B2B stakeholders, inspiring a shared vision through clearcommunication, strategic thinking, risk management, decision making and forward planning to meet tightdeadlines and budgets.My finest moment?  Co-ordinating two different hotel bathroom specifications, across one development, with 20different room types, 25 different manufacturers, 100 different products, and a total of 8,000 individualcomponents.  All were delivered on time and under budget.Simple.Want a bathroom pod project delivered on time and within budget?
