Instructor for Junior and Senior Program in Fremont, Ohio. Students focus on various aspects of sofware and design principles which relate to Manufacturing, Mechanical Engineering, Architecture, Civil Engineering and more.

Working to build relationships with a variety of potential and existing customers including Architects, General Contractors and Police Departments. Territory ranges from Michigan to Indiana, south through Texas and over to the Dakotas for a total of seventeen states. Through this relationship building I have an opporutnity to help educate on what Tiffin Metal Products has to offer and how our products differ from any other products on the market.

Manage and mentor engineers on a daily basis to meet the overall goals of the engineering department. Help to solve sheet metal needs of many customers including but not limited to: billboard industry, government, police & fire industry, material handling industry and other custom jobs. Design new products in Solid Edge, program Finn Power in Fabriwin, route through plant using Priority, aid Sales in creating PowerPoint shows as necessary.Also served as Safety Manager for just about one year. Promoted to Safety Manager just 3 months after starting job. Created and updated many reports, forms, and lists needed for safety.

Worked on securing volunteers for local classrooms and volunteered as a JA representative teaching to high school students.

Helped to guide and strengthen the CAD Program by providing support to the Instructor. The board worked to come up with new ideas for teaching and relating to both potential students and parents. As a past student and someone who was working in the field my goal was to impact as many local students as possible.

Taught many classes which include areas such as: SolidWorks, DWGEditor, CNC Mills, CNC Lathe, CAM Programming, and SafetyCreated and updated courses as needed.Worked as a committee member on many committees within the college and outside the college as a representative of Terra.

Started part-time teaching CAD classes and then was hired fulltime in Fall of 1999. Taught classes such as AutoCAD, Solid Edge, Unigraphics, SolidWorks, FeatureCAM, Blueprint Reading, CNC Mills. Also served on many committees and advisory boards during my time at Terra.

Assisted other engineers in creating and updating CAD drawings, CNC programs, and routing material through plant.

Modified prints and worked on new designs with team of engineers.
