Provide employment and recruitment support including interviewing, planning and developing retention strategy and plans. Assist in developing, implementing and maintaining recruiting practices and programs designed to achieve recruitment goals. Assure compliance of all employment/labor laws through programs, practices, policies, and actions.•Responsible for management of the new hire process for Customer Care Representatives and all other call center support positions, •Screen and interview applicants for employment ensuring that qualifications and prerequisites are met ; Interview scheduling; Administer all applicable candidate pre-employment skill assessments•Job Fair/Open House representation•Track resumes and applications and generate candidate correspondence* Background checks•Employment offers, including preparation of letters and related documents•Identifies to the Senior Manager or Manager, Human Resources employee relations climate and individual problem areas. Assists on appropriate interventions for the purpose of maintaining a productive and positive employee relations environment.•Develops and maintains a professional relationship with Managers, Supervisors and employees by ensuring a sense of mutual trust, concern, respect and teamwork.•Protects Company interests by ensuring that all legal requirements for equal employment and compliance are met by keeping informed of changes in these areas and by implementing the necessary practices/programs to meet these changes.•Develops and maintains open and positive communication with all internal and external contacts including other Company Departments and outside organizations and agencies to assist in attaining Company goals.•Works with other Recruiters nationally to ensure consistent practices•Participates on national corporate recruiter calls and other calls as needed to keep abreast of changes in policy and practice
