• Analyze accounting records-restricted accounts• Preparation of financial status reports• Monitor college work-study awards and biweekly LAER reports to Financial Aid• Work with all administrative levels and departments throughout the college• Perform College accounting functions, assists the Director in the development of financial reports, and other tasks• Input record disbursements and receipts (from all sources) into accounting software, ensuring appropriate coding for reporting, compliance, and audit purposes• Reconcile Foundation monthly bank statements and investment accounts• Work with Foundation staff to ensure proper event recordkeeping and reconciliation• Assists with developing Foundations budgets, including prior year actuals to budget• Record and tracks all event activities, including raffles• Maintain Foundation Scholarship and Endowment accounts, providing regular updates and reconciling with the college• Update the current year scholarship pledge, coordinating with Advancement Office and Financial Aid, and records changes in the accounting software• Reconciles scholarship bills and Foundation scholarship pledges

•Monitor budgets for overages, process budget transfers in the Ellucian Management Information system, including original revenue budgets, and student club budget accounting•Budget Management Officer profiles, changing and/or adding officers onto the GLMT screen account lines•Review for accuracy employee assignment forms and codes•Updates budget salary and benefit information •Serve as backup for senior clerks•Serve as a secondary backup for W-4 and direct deposit verification as well as payroll timesheet/timecard input
