Tonya Y. Harris is the owner and Chief Executive Officer, of MACCS Health Services LLC, a for-profit organization that coordinates and provides community (school) health services. She oversees student healthcare, health education and wellness promotion of more than 40 charter schools serving 22,000+ public school youth throughout the Philadelphia area. Ms. Harris also prepares and negotiates contracts, develops and monitors the annual health services budget, designs and implements policies and procedures for the delivery of school health services, collaborates with school officials, administrative officers, and boards of directors. She has also participated on school management teams as a consultant for health services and compliance management.
