With over 17 years of experience in healthcare leadership, I am proud to serve as the Foundation Director at Jamestown Regional Medical Center (JRMC), where I oversee philanthropic initiatives that directly impact the delivery of legendary healthcare in our community. In this role, I lead donor engagement, event planning, and grant writing efforts to support critical services and equipment for our independent, rural hospital.I hold a Master's Degree in Health Leadership from Western Governors University and a Master's Degree in Social Work from Florida State University. My professional expertise spans organizational management, program development, government leadership, and healthcare compliance, ensuring adherence to state and federal regulations and accreditation standards.Throughout my career, I’ve managed budgets, teams, and facilities, prioritizing quality of care and fostering a culture of excellence and innovation. At JRMC, I collaborate with donors, team members, and community stakeholders to advocate for healthcare advancements and the needs of patients and their families.Beyond my work, I remain committed to serving the community through appointed board positions and by promoting initiatives that drive meaningful change.
