Order and schedule Drug Screen, immunizations and other medical documentation as needed to complete their file. Manage new hire documnets. File, scan and import employee records to their files. Verify company, client and associations are compliant. Utilize different systems and applications to complete my job such as MS Office, .Net, Lotus Notes.

Assisted in staff selection by interviewing and qualifing potential candidates for the front desk. Coordinated regular front desk meetings. Prepare and deliver employee reviews. Update contract employee resumes, assemble test kits, answer a mulitphone system and route calls appropriately. Process incoming correspondence, faxes, and email.
