My goal is to utilize knowledge of innovation to improve the operation of the Yigo Guam Temple of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints. My ten years at the Dallas Texas Temple were some of the best experiences of my life. I developed myself and others. I managed three temples for a time and now people I hired and trained are TFM’s in multiple locations. I taught Entrepreneurial Management for Brigham Young University - Idaho's online program for 4.5 years. I have project management experience and have been fortunate enough to hire and train others to take similar roles to mine at other temples for the Church.

These small, remote facilities with smaller staff pose a different set of challenges than a larger temple.
