My extensive experience in wills, probate and administration of estates enables him to provide insightful, strategic advice to our clients in the area of Estate Planning. Another major area of my practice is advising and representing not for profit organisations. My expertise in this area extends to setting up structures for these organisations using the relevant provisions of the Corporations Law, which includes the obtaining of Local Government, State and Federal exemptions from various imposts and the transferral of assets into new structures with minimum stamp duty implications.
