I started with O'Cheeze in 2013, expanding it to two trucks and multiple locations, including a specialty grilled cheese shop in the Keg and Case food hall in St Paul. In 2016, I launched Dough Dough, an edible cookie dough and confection company, with a storefront in the Mall of America. I also offer catering services for all types of events, serving at local breweries and the Minneapolis and St Paul streets. Additionally, I have assisted numerous small businesses with expansion strategies, financial overviews, and website development, as well as contributed to the initiatives of the Minnesota Vikings Foundation and Lunds and Byerlys.I graduated from the University of North Dakota with studies in Mathematics, Atmospheric Science, and Computer Science, and transitioned my analytical skills and passion for people into entrepreneurship in 2013 with my wife, Haley. We currently reside in Apple Valley with our four kids, and enjoy outdoor activities, golfing, coaching, traveling, and family time.
