My name is Tony Graff and I help companies create more efficient collections processes that increase cash flow, save time & money, and cultivate better client relations. I do this by:• Using Information Technology (IT) to analyze data and turn it into information• Taking a proactive approach to collecting• Understanding that the company’s client can take their business elsewhereI play a significant part in making NRS and Accuity (NRS’s parent company) one of the top Collections Teams in all of Reed Business Information, or RBI (Accuity’s parent company). I designed, created, developed, and manage many reports (often Microsoft Excel templates linked to Access queries) that help Collectors reach our goals and measure our success. For example, one report lists invoices that WILL be 61+ days past due at the end of a quarter, which helps us to we meet this important measurable. The 2020 Q2 number is the lowest it has ever been – this in the time of COVID-19!In addition, I set up an initiative that alerts Collectors of upcoming annual renewals so we can take required proactive action, such as sending a client a price quote 60 days before the renewal, or working with the Sales department to ensure accuracy. This gets the invoice approval process moving and can flesh out issues ahead of time so invoices (especially large ones) are paid within terms.I fully understand that we are lucky our clients choose to do business with us. I therefore carefully write e-mails and prepare for phone calls because I value our clients’ time. Also important to me is contributing to the community. I co-founded Accuity’s Green Team and have led many charitable events, one which helped Accuity to win the Corporation-of-the-Year from a large charitable organization.I have won three company-wide awards since 2013, two from Sales and one from Finance.Let’s connect!
