To assist in the hand over to the Production Division a completed installation that meets the intent and requirements of the approved project specifications including documentation turnover and completions. Due to US economy having such an effect on the value of the Australian dollar, I had to leave this project early, but on good and agreeable terms. Key Accomplishments: Assisted construction engineers to verify the integrity of vessels, compressors, pumps and other mechanical equipment and piping inspection practices as used at site for pre-assembly, site construction and installation work and responsible for the plant registration and marking of all pressure equipment.Monitored and provided advice on construction and inspection techniques and ensure adequate use of the Woodside QA/QC methodologies and achievement of project objectives.Identified any significant deviations from agreed practices and bring these to the attention of WEL construction engineering management.Assisted in the development and execution of the Project Team HSE management plans.Verified that contractors and subcontractors are implementing appropriate quality assurance and quality control procedures.Verified that systems are in place to guarantee that the relevant construction materials meet the agreed project specifications.

As the QA Advisor, my goal was to ensure that the LNG Project, as constructed, is fit for purpose and meets both external and internal requirements, including safety, environmental compliance and project requirements. Coordinated and audited the activities required by the project of the contractors assuring they met the quality standards and project requirements.Key Accomplishments: Provided Advice and Consultancy on quality matters to the Construction Manager and the Engineering & Operations Function Group.Advised management teams on quality strategies during construction phases.Identified any significant deviations from agreed practices and brought these to the attention of the construction and engineering teams.Advised management on quality improvement initiatives internal to the EPC contractor's organization.Performed Quality Assurance advisory functions in accordance to EMDC Guidelines and monitored the EPC's QC's to identify any weaknesses in their quality inspection activities.Assisted in the prequalification of subcontractors selected by the EPC Contractor.Ensure non-conformities are reported and the dispositional solutions are effectively implemented.Participated and supported the Lessons Learned system to capture, review and share lessons learned among Project Management, Inspection and authorized EPC contractor personnel. Monitor the performance of engineering related work done by others against the Work Plan, follow up and coordinate areas of concern, analyze trends and report.Track, review and resolve all Deficiencies, Corrective Action Requests and Non Conformances.Monitored all receiving activities and records to assure everything met the projects requirements including the storage and protection of all materials and components.Monitored the EPC's compliance to the technical requirements for EPC contract supporting ExxonMobil's LNG On-Shore Terminals requirements.
