ROMS, DC1/DC2 Project, Help Desk Transition, DC1 Relocation, Rolling Stock and etc.• Collaborated and managed well with ROMS Project team to assist delivery of ROMS within ICT• Assisted and collaborated well in the AWP / AMP Franchise process between DoT and MTM ICT• Diligently via the PMO guided difficult Reimbursement Claims issues to successful conclusion between Department Of Transport (DoT) and MTM ICT• Earned the great respect and rapport with the PMO team, Project managers and Metro Trains Customer management.• Managed 30+ small to medium projects within ICT operations area to assist delivery for Metro businesses. E.g. VicTrack WAN Upgrade and Consolidation, VICERS, Envoy Buyer, and many stations IT upgrades.• Worked at times with difficult Metro ICT managers and stood up for ethical issues to help project and team members under pressure circumstances.
