• Lead Engineer and Architect of a global Exchange 2007 SP1 infrastructure on a Microsoft Windows Server 2008 platform supporting 180K+ users. Key technologies include: SCR and CCR Replication; Windows Clustering 2008; Active Directory; Outlook 2007; OWA (Outlook Web Access); PowerShell scripting; DR failover (PowerShell Scripts); SAN on EMC systems; MOM / SCOM; Symantec SAV, SMS, and NetBackup; DNS, WINS and Global Load Balancers. Built a global deployment team to make use of my customized PowerShell scripts. Worked closely with the operations team to assure a manageable and robust Exchange environment with a concentration on documentation and training via Workshops.• Lead Engineer of a global archiving solution using a Symantec Enterprise Vault infrastructure on a Microsoft Windows Server 2003 platform supporting 180K+ users. Oversaw deployment of large Infrastructure, Messaging, Directory and Application engagements. Focus placed on the assessment, planning, implementation and integration for Notes/Domino deployments, and other e business applications. Conducted workshops to engage customers in strategy development in order to produce a road map that will assure the selected technologies fit the customers needs. Managed a group of 10 Field Installation Specialists across the United States responsible for the installation of entire line of SoftSwitch products. Responsibilities included development of sales for the services group, working with customers to coordinate the schedule to meet their needs and that of the field installation team and managed any follow up customer services requests.

Responsible for the installation and project management of SoftSwitch services engagements throughout the United States and the World. Detailed technical knowledge of all messaging platforms and operating systems was the minimal requirement for this job. Duties included maintaining the customer relationship throughout the project lifecycle.
