Previous AmeriCorps Member at AmeriCorps NCCC, where I worked extensively within a diverse, seven-member team and completed a disaster relief and community service project. I have a background in social work and human services, and have studied at Malone University and Stark State College. I am certified in adult first aid, CPR, and AED by the American Red Cross.I have engaged in disaster relief efforts, constructed a livestock shed, and presented AmeriCorps NCCC's mission and efforts to various audiences. I have also worked as a summer camp counselor and a teacher assistant, where I coordinated, organized, and assisted in activities for children and youth from different backgrounds and needs. I am passionate about serving diverse and underserved populations, and I value teamwork, compassion, and integrity. I can bring diverse perspectives and experiences to the team, and I am eager to learn from others and help communities which need it most!
