• Marketing & partnership experience of Life & GI Insurance• Develop potential corporate agencies & affinity partners including e-commerce platforms, credit card issuers, loyalty clubs, retail & travel merchants, utility companies, brokers, health & wellness partners • Develop business case & sound business models that drive sales or lead acquisition with partners and management, including digital, referral, B2B2C, DMTM models etc. • Day-to-day partner contact and maintain strong relationship with business partners • Onboarding work of new partners including agreements, due diligence, L&C review and regulatory approval • Provide online & offline marketing supports, events and training to distribution channels & perform sales monitoring, reporting and formulate incentive campaigns to motivate sales• Drive a company new Health & Wellness (H&W) initiative, formulate and execute sales and promotion strategy to increase sales and sign up pass, partnership development• Manage budgets, timeline and partner business forecast.

• 5+ years of marketing & partnership experience of Insurance & wealth management in Hong Kong & Mainland China.• Develop & acquire new distribution channels with focuses on HK insurance & investment targeting MCV segments• Establish good relationship with distribution partners & formulate incentive program to motivate sales growth. • Provide online & offline marketing support, sales tools, events & training to distribution channels for business development.• Work closely with channels and internal team, CE and technical representatives to ensure seamless MCV application

• 4+ years marketing & brand events experience in an award-winning worldwide agency• Responsible for client servicing and overall project delivery.• Develop strategies and integrated campaign as to fulfill client’s business objective.• Lead up teams to ensure the flawless delivery of the campaign.• Worked over 30 corporate events in 15+ cities• Previous projects include Credit Suisse, Standard Chartered, Prudential, Manulife, HSBC etc

• Plan & execute Financial events & PR for MNC and listing companies, including IPO roadshows, Investors relations, Press conferences, Annual report and VIP events etc. • Develop and execute media relations & strategies, especially targeting financial media • Project manager of IPO roadshows in 5 countries
