1. Responsible for DFM report review of new molds.2. Control project progress, quality, cost and delivery time and provide after-sales service.3. To deal with the problems in production make summary and improvement, and avoid the impact on delivery time.4. Communicate customer feedback information to project team. 5. Provide and update weekly progress report to customers.6. Join mold trial, organized project meetings to solve all issues and feedback the modification plan and completion time to customers. 7. Maintain customer relationship and participate in daily customer reception to ensure smooth work during customer visits.8. Following tooling schedule to make high quality, include of CPK and PPAP.9. Technical communication and customer standard training and supplier training.10. Lead project team.

1. Focus on the internal management of the project team to ensure that the project finish on time, in high quality and with low cost. Work together with project team to track supervision to ensure the project finish on time2. Confirm specifications with customer in the beginning. Working with project team, ensure all the mold and product qualities requirements according to standards of customer.3. Following tooling schedule to make high quality. Management try out from T0~T3. Solve the problem during trial and reflect to customer. 4. To communicate with customer, organization technical meeting and discussions. Setting, follow up and push each link process, prevention and found that the problem points and find out solutions.5. Lead the project team and shipment.

1. Join DFM meeting in the design beginning with customer.To design 2d structure ,3D mold drawing and 2D process drawings.To provide quotation and technical communication supports.2. Follow up tooling in progress,acrroding to customer requirements to modify the mold and impove the pleblems after tied out.
