My mainly job is making tooling or product cost, project plans, following and supervising each project after arrangement, customer services and tech supporting to sales. Before mold building, first, we would make DFM, analyze & improve the part for better mold structure, analyzing the risk of mold building making control on mold cost. 2nd, I gave some suggestions on mold design and would approve the design. 3rd, making a strict control and inspection on mold parts during mold fabrication, to ensure a better fitting result while mold assembly. 4th, taking part in mold trials, to analyze mold improvement and make a cost & risk analysis report. Finally, making a assessment on mold life and ensure the mold is running well before mold delivery. Our Company provides injection molding services, injection mold tooling - full production tooling and short run tooling, plastic thermo-forming services, composite and fiberglass molding, CNC machine services, metal stamping, and metals fabrication. We also offered Manufacturing Consulting, Outsourcing and Contract Manufacturing. Upmold also provided contract engineering support as well as project management for new and existing products.
