Podium Analytics is a new international NGO that aims to create a safer world of sport by developing innovative solutions to significantly reduce or prevent the incidence and long-term impact of injury in sports with an initial focus on 11 - 18 yr olds. As well as leading and delivering projects, I am also responsible for putting in place the foundational project management standards and governance to help ensure effective delivery across the organisation as we scale.Key responsibilities: • Supports the Senior Management Team in overseeing and managing the entire life cycle of projects and initiatives to achieve our goals and objectives.• Acts as the primary resource for project communications, and for reporting the state and performance of initiatives within the portfolio.• Identify, prioritise and coordinate project and programme resources engaged within the project portfolio.• Leads, oversees and ensures the successful delivery and management of multiple projects within scope, quality, time and cost constraints• Puts in place and ensures adherence to the appropriate governance relating to the portfolio. • Facilitates and coordinates the efforts of the senior management team towards the establishment of the project portfolio definition, its structure and processes.

Lead the CIPD's Health and Well-being Group. Provide direction and focus for the group whilst ensuring initiatives are aligned with the overall People, Wellbeing and Mental Health strategy.

Key Responsibilities:• Responsible for the efficient planning, budgeting and delivery of complex workstreams across a range of technologies within large programmes of work.• Successfully manages robust, multi-disciplinary teams and 3rd parties, including onsite and remote teams, local and international. I also led the vendor selection and resource planning.• Proficient in adopting Waterfall and Agile methodologies using techniques like sprints, backlog planning, scrum, sprint reviews and retrospectives.• Works closely with PMO, business leads and product managers to develop roadmaps and project scopes.• Manages the entire project lifecycle from preparation of project proposals and business case documents to project implementation and project close-out and handover into relevant business areas.

Responsible for driving the strategy and focus for the group whilst championing diversity across the business. Work closely with key areas of the business, including HR.
