About Chris Metcalfe

I am a co-owner of How Might We, a dedicated UX research company based in Cape Town South Africa, but works all over the world. I have had the opportunity to try my hand at a few things over the years, from a corporate magician that launched a new Eskom logo to assistant sound engineer for a Johnny Clegg concert. It's been weird.About 12 years ago, and after a whirlwind semester at the Malö university in Sweden, I found UX design. Since then I have helped businesses make more desirable products and services using Design Thinking. I love creating experiences that make people smile... or at least frown less, but most of the time if I do my job correctly the experience disappears completely. In the last two years, How Might We has focused its services to offer only UX research. It's the one thing that can't be forgotten about if you want to be customer-centric.
