As a Banquet Attendant I am responsible for our overall guest experience including set-up, serving, cleaning and preforming banquet functions on a daily basis while maintaining the standards of service set by myself and the University Plaza Hotel and Convention Center.

As a night auditor I would audit of all accounts receivable for currently registered guests. I would ensure the accuracy of all financial information, and gather all needed paperwork to complete the audit. This included pulling any or all checked-out guests' registration cards, and making sure all guests are checked-out in the system that should be checked-out.As a night auditor I would ensure the accuracy of the charges to the guest folios, ensuring that the sum of revenues due to accounts receivable from the various departments (i.e. Food & Beverage, Rooms, gift shop) found on the department control sheets equals the sum of the charges made to the guest folios.

As a youth sports coach I am held responsible for team management, such as scheduling practices, creating awareness of game and practice times and layouts. I am looked to for communicating instructions and commands in a simple and blunt, but positive, manor. Another role of mine is assessing strengths and weaknesses of individual's and team's performances to identify a resolution for further development.
