Supply Chain Project Manager
Current• Directly oversee programs accounting for over $30M in revenue• Responsible for managing storage at third-party warehouses, with total inventory valued at over $20M• Create and manage cost, schedules, and performance of projects of varying sizes and durations• Liaise with international factories, as well as domestic vendors, to ensure timelines and costs are within project scope; review and approve project expenses to monitor progress and raise any potential escalation points• Build project plans for high volume seasonal work in addition to ad hoc requests to satisfy customer needs• Address negative customer feedback immediately and drive company process improvement• Extract and analyze data and forecasts, including financial statements, to conduct postmortems and provide profit and loss statements to pertinent parties• Develop project goals and ensure quality metrics exceed expectations within specified timeframes
