NextGenTel lanserer chatboten Megabitten våren 2018. I dette prosjektet er jeg en av to trenere som skal sørge for at chatboten i størst mulig grad forstår spørsmålene kundene stiller i vår chat. For four years, I was part of TeliaSonera’s multinational Social Media team. One of the main objectives for this “Social Media Network” was to develop a common strategy for all TeliaSonera brands, using common metrics and goals. The TeliaSonera brands have combined more than 1.9 million Facebook fans and 90.000 Twitter followers in twelve countries throughout the Nordics, the Baltics, Spain and Eurasia.As a Communication Manager, I was responsible for maintaining a consistent, customer friendly language and tone of voice in all written communication NextGenTel has with its customers, such as newsletters and the corporate website.
