The TeliaSonera brands have combined more than 1.9 million Facebook fans and 90.000 Twitter followers in twelve countries throughout the Nordics, the Baltics, Spain and Eurasia.As a Communication Manager, I was responsible for maintaining a consistent, customer friendly language and tone of voice in all written communication NextGenTel has with its customers, such as newsletters and the corporate website. I worked as an assisting team leader for the team handling deliveries (installation, moving and upgrading broadband lines and subscriptions). I left this position to join the Marketing department in NextGenTel.

I worked as a customer service assistant at NextGenTel from April of 2006 to February 1st 2008.The work involved answering calls and answering emails from broadband customers regarding technical difficulties, deliveries and invoicing.

In this job I worked as a shop assistant in the store. I was also a deputy manager for six months prior to leaving Spar Kjøp.

Summer job between second and third year of the studies at Bournemouth University.Developing CD-ROM presentations for Vizrt to be used at Digital Media Industry events and conventions. The presentations were made using Macromedia (Adobe) Director and other presentation software.

I was responsible for the warehouse section of the Spar Kjøp store in Bergen town Centre. In addition to this, I worked as an assistant in the store when needed. I left Spar Kjøp to study abroad.

I was in charge of formatting the music profile of Radio 1 Bergen, Puddefjord Radio and Rock FM, as well as developing the daily playlists.
