Being a lifelong student I have come across countless interesting facts that have sparked my curiosity to expand and learn more with regard to neuroplasticity. Did you know, the rate of learning accelerates when teaching others? I have found that the most rewarding job for me is in a role that supports others to elevate their experiences. As they say, a rising tide lifts all ships.Throughout my career there has been a common thread of learning and acquiring new skills. These skills have made me a valuable team member to any organization as I’m often searching for processes that are more efficient and benefit as many people as possible. In every role I’ve held I’ve entered with one description and expanded upon it as I learn more and acquire new and different skills. My journey with mindfulness and gratitude has introduced a valuable and rewarding mindset; it’s not “I have to” but “I get to”. And with that, I find even the most challenging circumstances become not just achievable but also growth opportunities at the same time.
