Assist with Front End store operations. Handle customer complaints and praise. Ensure that associates get to their meals and breaks on time by providing them with relief and guidance. Focus on keeping the customers and associates happy during their visit to Wal-Mart.

I started running my own store in September 2016. I have a wonderful team and I am looking for some hard-working employees to help with all the new business that we are going to get.

- Reconciling and resolving accounting problems and/or questions. Compiling, maintaining and submitting all required financial reports and forms- Collecting and depositing all monies coming into the Center including, but not limited to, registering students. Recording the collections and reporting deposits such as housing deposits- Updating student information to the Customer Billing System (CBS)- Maintaining and reconciling the petty cash fund- Evaluate student records and invoices to determine which students have the required proof of health insurance while studying at ELS Clemson/Greenville

- Review and record all Marriott Greenville account statements- Analyze Night Auditor’s nightly account allocations- Code and verify invoices for all Marriott Greenville vendors- Settle any vendor or account discrepancies- Enter daily revenue information into Excel spreadsheets for General Manager and all Sales Managers to review- Balance Manager’s Daily Report (MDR)- Complete Premium Room Analysis and Market Segment Report - Fax and E-mail invoice information to Vendors- Assist with Front Desk duties when short staffed- Train Night Audit associates in Front Desk operations

- Ordered bookstore supplies - Assist Manager by keeping bookstore stocked and clean- Cleaned and organized bookstore shelves and closet- Opened and closed bookstore during weekdays- Priced, labeled, and sold merchandise using a POS system- Answered phone calls and questions about bookstore items- Recorded customer information for coupons and monthly specials
