I developed and produced content for various platforms across web, social media, publications, and corporate vehicles like Annual Report, delivered communications support to the Office of the President and CEO, planned events such as open forums, award ceremonies, and government announcements, provided branding guidance to the organization, and spearheaded communications planning for various philanthropic and community campaigns including the United Way, which resulted in receipt of the 2020 ChangeMaker Award, Large Workplace Campaign for record fundraising during pandemic.I also led the team professional development and social committees to enhance employee engagement and professional knowledge, provided training to team members, and facilitated training courses for intranet editing and communications skills across the organization.

During my time in this role, I received phone calls and input accurate information to dispatch to hospital porters using the Patient Transport System. I managed multiple phone lines across three hospital campuses and supplied porters with assistance and direction. I provided customer service by listening to any concerns or complaints from hospital staff and accurately communicating to Team Leaders when necessary. I also really enjoyed assisting with training new staff on appropriate procedures, computer systems and hospital policies.

I strategized for client's social media efforts, and supported publicist with phone, email, fax and mail needs and maintain schedule.
