Sean held a world record for planting trees: 5750/day. As a songwriter, four of his records have been top 10 in Canada. He has been to 65 countries, lived on 4 continents, speaks multiple languages, has 4 first ascents on mountains, is a certified rescue SCUBA diver, has run 5 of the largest rapids in the world, has seen all but 1 of the wonders of the world in person.Sean holds post-secondary education in poetry, religion, politics & business. Sean owns one of the most popular programming languages in the world, has been on the front page of WIRED, and personally built a leading Content Management System. He has pitched Dragon’s Den 4 times and ran several successful Kickstarter campaigns for IoT. He won Entrepreneur of the Year for his city and was awarded Canada’s 150 medal for volunteer service, for years in service at a homeless shelter. He’s a regular Angel investor in local startups, and founded one of Canada’s top Startup Accelerators.Sean’s mother runs an orphan project in Africa - he grew up in Angola during the Civil War. He holds a pedigree as one of the few whose genealogy is validated back to 300BC. He hates eggplant. Sean played for a college basketball team and also won college championships in Foosball. He graduated from High School at 16, and also graduated from a Baptist Bible College.Sean once fixed a sitar with shoe goo, then played it on stage. His circular breathing techniques have been applauded (for playing digeridoo and harmonica), and he has solved a rubix cube in under 30 seconds.Sean has a tiny pet bunny named Bowie who runs around his house unchecked. He once had a pet monkey. Sean is known for his passionate acoustic guitar playing and his elaborate April Fool’s jokes. He’s been shot at twice, possibly three times. He did almost die of drowning multiple times. He’s had malaria four times and once saved a client from choking during a business meeting using the Heimlich maneuver.Sean is currently obsessed with Latin dancing, and recently started a computer game company.
