Lasso is a fully featured web-server enabler and comes with libraries for datasources and advanced functionality all included. The Lasso programming language was birthed in the US and LassoSoft Inc. was formed in late 2010 to bring the core Lasso language development to Ontario, Canada. The LassoSoft company supports developers around the world with users in over 90 countries. LassoSoft's goal is to make the most secure web-development language possible, while meeting concurrent requirements of simplicity and speed. The company reinvests earnings into Research and Development to grow stronger products, listening to feedback and releasing regular updates. LassoSoft is a sister company to Treefrog Inc, a web development and branding services company, both under the management of CEO, Sean Stephens.
