Review and implement security plans, documentation, training, and briefings Conducting indoctrinations and debriefs of personnel utilizing non-disclosure agreements, NATO briefings, and Security Termination Statements Provide security oversight for assigned cleared contractor facilities relative to establishment and maintenance of a security program in compliance with the DoD and DoN policies Control access to classified materials and information Conduct meetings, security education classes, and various security briefings as required Oversee security awareness training and education program Organize, prioritize, and track security documentation and correspondence Reporting and handling security incidents/ violations and or loss/compromised classified material Develop security processes, procedures and record keeping that satisfy quality, schedule, overall performance, and financial parameters according to company expectations Ability to perform self-audits of internal security programs Perform document control, container audits, Sub-Contractor Management to ensure compliance with government regulations/requirements Maintaining Security Systems to include Joint Personnel Adjudication System (JPAS), Defense Information Security Systems (DISS), Secure Web Fingerprint Transmission (SWFT), NP2 Secure Portal (NP2), and the Electronic Questionnaires for Investigations Processing (e-QIP) Working knowledge of a variety of computer software applications in word processing, spreadsheets, database, presentation software (MS Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Teams, OneNote, and OneDrive Familiarity with National Industrial Security Program (NISP)
