April 2012 – ActualBelden de SonoraData Process Engineering.Responsible for the fabrication and test process of Cat6, Cat6a, Cat6e, Cat6+, XGO, XCGB4 data cable at the Nogales facility in Nogales, Mexico.Cable fabrication monitoring includes copper extrusion, insulation, twinning, cabling, jacketing and put up processes as well as electrical tests performed during the fabrication of the wire. Wire testing during the fabrication process includes Impedance, SRL (Structural Return Loss), DCR (Direct Current Resistance) & Elongation tests.Cable testing parameters include Impedance, Return Loss, Attenuation, NEXT (Near-End CrossTalk), FEXT (Far-End CrossTalk), PSNEXT (Power Sum NEXT), ACR (Attenuation to CrossTalk). Electrical tests are performed by using network analyzer for S-parameter testing as well as LCR meters. Cabler analyzers like Fluke DTX-1800. To provide training for the production personnel at manufacturing process floor, troubleshoot machinery. Certification of operators, work in the scrap actions and improvements, Lean Daily Management attendance.

Automotive IndustryApril 2011 – March 2012 (León Guanajuato) Bending/Process Engineer.Improved test tooling to reduce the variations and scrap, established visual aids & process instructions. Responsible for the 10 production Cells of Bending process that includes 10 Bending Machines (Electrical, Hydraulic and Hybrid systems), Sizers, Cutters, Responsible to maintain the software’s up to date for each performed pipe/tube based on CNC software for the different Exhaust system, in charge of eight bending technicians. Achievements: Provide support in the process, to improve the test gages, to control the programs of each bended pipe, to provide support to the new launch team, troubleshoot bending machinery, Go-No-Go fixtures' certification, update CNC programs.
