A brand video production I managed to highlight the brand and regional representation of the North American Market. Showcasing adventure and lifestyle.

My focus was to grow our business in top influential key account beachhead retailers in the West Coast market through marketing and sales. The FOX brand grew their product lines aggressively within Lifestyle, MTB, MX, Enduro, and Powersports channels. This role offered me a wide range of experience in many markets working closely with a variety of dealers.

Responsible for growing and maintaining the components Aftermarket business as well as OEM business expansion opportunities. This was done through top ECOM and retail partners in the United States market. Customers include but not limited to EVO.com, Backcountry.com, Jenson.com and REI. Media communications for new product introductions, tech, and market.

Responsible for content creation picking photographers and videographers for the correct skill set, ability or project ascetic. Social media, product decks, copy, ECOM, PR, content creation, channel marketing, events planning, permits, athlete management and contracts.

My core responsibilities included managing key cycling dealers and OEM accounts in the USA region. This included sales dealer programs, go-to-market asset support, new product introductions, sales presentations, and POP programs to increase sales opportunities.

Customer Service and Sales Representative. Core tasks included, customer service, sales, tech support, and warranty.

Focused on customer service, sourcing and building replacement parts for warranty claims, shipping, and receiving. The SCB brand offers first-class support through all channels. This role introduction opened new doors for Warranty and Customer Service opportunities in the future.

Prepared and painted bicycle frames, and maintained production machines, and power equipment. QC and decals within the final process of production.

Working within the QC team, I was responsible that all parts were up to spec for paint and assembly. QC of all frames and swing arm bicycle components. Working with engineering to produce the best quality bicycles for the global market.

Machinist & Thermoformer. My key duties were manufacturing quality parts for the Automotive, Medical, Scientific, Telecommunication, and Electronic Enclosure markets.
