Managed a hospital wide project that surpassed expectations from fruition to completion. The project enhanced hygiene standards in therapeutic kitchens for Thomas Embling Forensic Hospital. This projected included the creation of a workshop to be delivered to patients annually, protocol to ensure hygiene equipment is available, development of a hygiene assessment for use in kitchens, production of new visual aids, and an in-depth scoping report to ensure all clinical reasoning was demonstrated. • Developed and lead cross functional integrated project team, which included a graphic designer, hygiene instructor, and occupational therapists from forensic units out of state.• Coordinated a clear handover to therapists at TEH, and surrounding prisons, to ensure continuity in hygiene practices developed.• Demonstrated project management abilities and receptiveness to feedback.
