Awarded a scholarship from the Centre for Brain and Mental Health Research (CBMHR) I undertook a review of extant research to investigate "Implicit bias as a tool for social change towards [reducing] gender equality in the workplace". This work developed my ability to critically analysed peer-reviewed material and produce a synchronised literature review that contributed to higher research studies. Additionally, I maximised participant engagement in Honours research to enable a robust data analysis.
