I have a strong background in project facilitation, lean/six sigma methodology, leadership, and coaching, which enable me to deliver high-quality and impactful outcomes for our organization and stakeholders.My mission is to empower and educate people living with mental health challenges and their loved ones, and to advocate for their rights and needs. I am passionate about creating and delivering innovative, evidence-based, and culturally responsive programs that promote recovery, resilience, and hope. I am also committed to building and maintaining effective partnerships with funders, service providers, and other mental health organizations to advance the goals and vision of NAMI California, the largest grassroots mental health organization in the state.
