Responsibilities:• Work with the Head of Trans Inclusion to run a programme of engagement with trans community groups and individuals across England; manage communications, maintain contact information, build relationships of trust, involve them in Stonewall's campaigns, and facilitate ways Stonewall can help them to create change in their communities. • Support the running of Stonewall's Trans Advisory Group, including managing communications and engagement on Stonewall's ongoing trans inclusion work, supporting meetings, and engaging them in Stonewall’s work on trans equality. • Work with the Head of Trans Inclusion to support teams across Stonewall to make our programmes and activities trans inclusive, and ensure that the views and needs of trans people are fully reflected in Stonewall’s work. • Support our networks of supporters by maintaining communication channels and ensuring Stonewall responds to requests from them in a timely way, as well as organising and administering face to face meetings where needed.• Work with external influencers, both individuals and organisations, to create content about trans equality and inclusion for our communications channels, feeding it into the communications team.• Work with colleagues across the Communications, Campaigns and Policy teams to monitor coverage of trans issues in traditional and social media, and within trans communities – speedily flagging concerns and opportunities.• Support the Head of Trans Inclusion to consult and work with a diverse range of trans people to continue to inform Stonewall's policy and campaigning priorities on trans-specific issues. • Organise and facilitate Stonewall community engagement events, and represent us at LGBT events. • Support the design and delivery of Stonewall empowerment programmes, including specific programmes on gender identity and programmes for trans communities

Responsibilities:• Dealing with general queries from TENI members and members of the public in a timely manner with factual and useful information• Monitoring and responding to email, phone and social media queries ensuring that anyone contacting TENI is left with a positive experience feeling supported• Ensuring all databases are accurate and up to date and that all of TENI's data is stored in line with any legislative requirements • Updating website and social media to keep our supports updated on the work of TENI and any programmes currently in development • Development and day to day management of TENI's Volunteer Programme• Redesign and development of TENI's Trans 101 Training module• Providing events administration and co-ordination to all teams to ensure that any event is professional and run in an efficient and cost effective way while also ensuring all participants get the most out of each individual event • Providing general administrative support to the team

Responsibilities:• Writing a monthly column on the challenges and issues facing the trans community in Ireland and abroad
