As Lead Crisis Management, I am responsible for overseeing various teams dedicated to business continuity and incident management, with the goal of minimizing the impact on customers and partners during various calamities. These could range from IT system failures to data breaches, and from media-escalations to calamaties at our warehouses. From an operational perspective, I am responsible for managing the response to these incidents. I serve as the central coordinator among key stakeholders such as legal, public relations, IT, security, logistics, and the board of directors. My focus is on rapid impact assessment and the immediate implementation of response strategies. I ensure the efficient allocation of resources and personnel, adhering strictly to regulatory standards and organizational policies. From a strategic perspective, I am responsible for supervising corporate control audits, policy development, and the enhancement of our crisis management frameworks.

Krommerijn College is a cluster-4 school specialized in students with severe behavioral issues between the ages of 11 and 18. Its goal is to provide them with the necessary tools to meet the standards of civilized society. Cluster-4 schools are often a last resort before a student is sent to a mandatory, closed youth institution. With the help of their legal guardians and our orthopedic staff, it was my job to write personalized development perspective plans for the students. This included a description of the diagnosis, personalized targets and advice on how to handle and approach the student in difficult times.
