• Envisioned the future mobile & desktop experience of Microsoft Teams for frontline workers.• Designed a set of targeting capabilities to deliver communication across Teams and Viva Connections.• Led multiple design initiatives that collectively led to a 30% YoY growth of the Tags usage in Teams, from 4.2M MAU in August 2023 to 5.5M MAU in August 2024.• Designed an improved discoverability experience for Tags in Teams that led to an increase of Tags awareness by 10%, and tags created by 2%, with 5K+ new tags created in 2 months.• Designed a dashboard that helps 600+ Microsoft Ireland employees/year remotely monitor their 3D printing jobs in the office makerspace.• Mentored junior designers and startup founders via the Microsoft for Startups Founders Hub.

• Spearheaded the initial design of Adaptive Toppers, an accessibility solution for gamers with disabilities, which was launched as part of the Xbox Design Lab experience at Gamescom 2024.• Contributed to the release of Collaboration Manager, a digital lending solution in Teams for FSI.• Designed the setup experience of Collaboration Controls which enabled SIs and ProDevs in 100+ orgs to install 2K+ collaboration apps across 600+ Power Apps environments.• Contributed to the design of the Workflows app in Teams, with an average of 6K+ MAU, ~30K monthly installs and a 4.1/5 rating on the Microsoft Teams app store.• Co-created an inclusive research framework that was consulted ~25K times, by 1.7K+ people across multiple orgs and enabled to the creation of ~100 shared personas templates.• Filed 2 utility patents through the Microsoft Patent program.• Designed the MWT logo which was used across hundreds of internal comms, sites and decks.
