Inspection of all precast panels as per shop drawings prior to casting. Various inspections done of Structural or Architectural Precast Elements.Review the Inspection & Test plan for the Civil Engineer & Steel Structural Activity. Inspection of fabricated moulds for precast panels. (structural and precast element) Pre-pour, Post-pour & Pre-delivery Inspection of Hollow Core, Wall Panels, Double Tee & other Skelton Elements as per approved shop drawingsInspect multiple stressing/elongation of strands for each bed of HCS & Double Tee & make sure that bed is properly clean/clear & release agent applied. Inspect Reinforcement & embedded items of all PC Elements (Electric Box, lifting anchors, ropes, dowels & threaded bars) according to reinforcement details.Supervise the casting of HCS and ensures that the concrete used is of quality neither too dry which will cause drag marks nor too wet which would cause excessive sagging.Supervise/Monitor the casting of panels & Skelton elements on EBAWE & TILTING molds.Inspect the finishing of element (sandblast finish, finish on retarded surface, finish on far face and near face to be painted) that must comply on the required premises.Raise NCR with Picture taken at the spot/site in case of any Non Conformance.Supervise and check before and after erection/installation of Pre-Cast elements at site to meet the ever changing requirements of qualifying factors of clients.Visit different sites /projects to resolve the issues regarding Quality of PC elements if NCR raise by erection department, client or third party.Check and evaluate if the client’s comments and requirements were followed and done properly to close NCR.Inspect new arrived materials (Deform Bar, Epoxy Coated Rebar, Strands, and Insulation Foam as per given standards.Checking for running molds for any repair/damage and send it to Fabrication workshop.Maintain proper overtime of labor.To manage labor work in all sections to get maximum output / production.To plan well for maximum production & to follow the quality method as well.Inspection of fabricated molds as per approved drawings. Monitoring the finishing of elements. Full attention during implementation of standards marking system.
