Cataloging and storing all types of data including but not specific to: Seismic tapes and sections, Well Logs and Well files, Geological and Core data, Maps etc. Following all procedures per department as needed. Quarterly and Semi-Annually Compliance Classes. Weekly department meetings to track progress and job status. Track monthly metrics on project and personal status. Quality control all factors of project performance. Warehouse Shipping\Receiving Data Clerk Accurately research, analyze, organize, verify, and inventory all new technical data (including large shipments) in a timely manner. Responsible for receiving data from multiple offsite facilities. Coordinate and communicate with co-workers on all requests and special projects ensuring that deadlines are met. Responsible for re-filing all data in a timely manner in order that it is accessible upon further demand. Maintain and meet all schedules requested by Marathon and provide the excellent customer service. Report immediately to Project Manager or Warehouse Lead any concerns, issues or special needs.
