Assist the Program Manager in planning, directing, and implementing CHA program services and function as the administrator in charge in the absence of the program manager. Provide intensive training, technical assistance, and oversight to 28 Community-Based Partners. Responsible for budget and contract management, including preparing financial and other performance tracking reports. Provide administrative support through email communications, research, record maintenance, creating/modifying presentations and templates, calendar management, and logistics management. Sucesses include creating e a performance tracker report to monitor and evaluate service outcomes against agreed obligations of external partners and creating a template for a quarterly narrative performance report to assist external partners highlight key activities in line with program deliverables.

Facilitator Enroller for the Age, Blind and Disabled (FE-ABD) program; responsible for interviewing, screening and assisting potentially eligible recipients enroll in health insurance options through the New York State of Health Marketplace. Counseled the ABD population regarding public health insurance options and/or assisted with the enrollment process. Provided education, training and technical assistance to 8 community-based partners in delivering health insurance application assistance. Successes included creating education and training materials for the FE-ABD program.

Effectively managed a high patient census within the Northeast region. Accountable for increasing revenue by exploring, recommending, and coordinating health insurance and financial assistance options available to kidney dialysis patients as well as optimizing earnings by resolving billing errors due to referral, prior authorization, and coordination of benefits issues. Successes included maximizing profit margins by achieving 20-25 commercial health insurance saves annually via COBRA and/or the Health Insurance Marketplace enrollment.

Responsible for increasing revenue by eliminating issues pertaining to insurance eligibility, benefits and prior authorizations; spearheading partnerships with local businesses to establish job opportunities for individuals with intellectual/developmental disabilities and providing effective oversight of Home and Community-Based Services and Programs. Successes included writing successful RFP responses that secured two state government contracts and grant funding for Supportive Employment Services, securing job placement for approximately 80% of participants and strengthening partnerships with NY State Office of Persons with Developmental Disabilities.
