Managing the entire delivery of Contract and Contingent positions for various Enterprise clients from Engineering and IT/Non IT Domain.Responsible for delivery management on: time commitment, client satisfaction, performance and feedback retrieval.Responsible for managing a team of Technical and Senior Recruiters, stationed to service recruitment requests and working closely with clients on best practice sourcing to select and place the best talent.Provided weekly recruitment update to business unit senior management.Grow client accounts by delivering consistent results and providing efficient solutions.Support clients with all temporary needs from same day to full time temp to perm hiring.Working in close coordination with the client, adapt in understanding complex manpower requirements and working in fast paced environment.First point of contact for client operational stakeholders and first escalation point for any daily operational issues.Meet budget commitments, service level agreements and customer satisfaction targets.Assess/survey quality of work delivered by team, based on specific customer feedback and develop action plans for individuals.Mentor team members in their development and showcasing leadership to assist them in reaching their goals.Conduct team meetings to promote teamwork and inform on company updatesManaging a team of recruiters on shore and off shore recruiters starting from selecting them, training them and bringing them upto speed as soon as possible.Set metrics that recruiters had to meet on daily, weekly, and monthly basis.Responsible for meeting the assigned targets of the team on monthly/quarterly/yearly basis.Doing complete analysis of account and think on strategies to increase profitability of the Organization.Implemented recruitment strategies and staffing programs designed to attract and retain the highest quality of candidates.Negotiate comprehensive compensation packages with new hires.
