Some of life’s most profound lessons come from unexpected places. For me, it was in France—watching how people passionately built something of their own, whether it was a quaint café, a boutique shop, or a tech startup. That spirit of ownership and creation planted a seed in me that began to flourish when I returned to Bangalore in 2018.Bangalore had changed. The city’s startup culture was vibrant and infectious, and it wasn’t long before I found myself immersed in it. This entrepreneurial mindset wasn’t entirely new; my journey had already begun in the aerospace sector, building and managing the supply chain for Safran and HAL’s joint venture. Working at the crossroads of government and private sectors taught me how to navigate high-stakes environments and manage diverse stakeholders effectively.Then came Elda Health, a venture close to my heart. As a founding member, I embraced the challenge of building something meaningful from the ground up in the midst of a global pandemic. Over 4.5 years, I drove growth, optimized operations, and co-created a purpose-driven brand in women’s healthcare. From enabling $1.7M in funding to forming partnerships impacting 85,000+ women, I’ve learned the transformative power of a mission-driven startup.Each role, whether as a supply chain manager or a startup operator, has strengthened my belief in creating sustainable solutions, solving real-world problems, and bringing people together for a larger purpose.Beyond work, you’ll find me experimenting in the kitchen, playing game with family and friends, or planning our next travel escape.
