Preparation of invoice and payment vouchers.Monitor and generated reports on outstanding payment on weekly and monthly basis.To administered maintenance of general accounting / payment records.Petty cash management.Prepare bimonthly, monthly, quarterly, semiannually and annual financial reports.Review monthly bank reconciliation statements of project bank accounts and recommend appropriate action on issues identified.Deduct withholding tax at source and file tax returns in accordance with the policies of government.Keep and maintain financial & accounts records of all activities.Maintain all records to audit standards.Perform any other assignment assigned by the Chief Accountant.

 Make all arrangements for the official visits of employees against TAF. Prepare invoices for payments. Make necessary billeting arrangements.  Make necessary transportation arrangements.  Assist in determining the seating arrangements.  Maintain records of travels.
