CurrentPre- and post-sales support of OEM customers and end-users. The typical customers are in the areas of network security and monitoring, Telcos, financial trading. I was responsible for both strategic accounts - large multinational enterprises, and small local players.Responsibilities:• Capture customer requirements and designing solutions• Helping customers to integrate Napatech’s intelligent network accelerators into their products• Providing both remote and on-site pre- and post-sales technical assistance• Writing FAQs and Application Notes• On-site customer training• Participation in the meetings with the prospective customers in order to evaluate technical requirements and to present Napatech’s solutions.• Root cause analysis and troubleshooting• Helping customers to integrate Napatech network accelerators into their products (C/C++ and Python coding)• Proof of concepts development• Acting as a bridge between customers and R&D
