With a career spanning over 12 years, I have leveraged on my expertise and insights in e-Payment, Product Development, Relationship Management, Training, Mobile Money, Agent Network Management, Financial Inclusion and market research in adding value to the organisations I worked in. I started my career with African Development Consulting Group as a Customer Care Operator. I moved on to Valucard now known as Unified payment Service Limited as Merchant Acquisition and Training Officer, coordinating the acquisition and on-boarding of POS terminals and merchants. I trained Bank Staff and Merchants across the Country, conducted Market research and industry watch surveys. I joined Telnet Nigeria Limited as a Corporate Strategy and Business Development Officer. Where I helped the company regain lost / cancelled contracts and brought new businesses. In the Telnet Group I worked with Softworks Nigeria Limited. As Relationship and Marketing Officer, I brought in business deals with 25% sales increase. With the advent of Financial Inclusion in Nigeria. I was selected as part of the small team to commence the Mobile Payment Subsidiary, PayCom Nigeria Limited (Niw OPay). As a pioneering staff, I handled a number of Portfolios leading pre- and post CBN Mobile Money Operational License. I have developed and managed the Agent Network and Training Unit. I also brought in businesses in the financial inclusion space for the monthly disbursement of cash to 120,000 poor Households.
